Set on Austin Street in Newstead, this venue pairs a 150 m² indoor warehouse, fitted with an 11-metre marble bar, with a private garden of the same size. Couples hold the ceremony in the garden, which also hosts canapés and cocktail hour before guests move inside. Seated long-table dinners suit 40 to 100 people, while cocktail receptions take 80 to 150. Food and drinks come from the kitchen at sister venue Rogue Bistro next door; outside caterers are not permitted apart from cakes, favours and gelato carts. Only one event runs per day, receptions include five hours of hire, and ceremony-only bookings are not offered. Pets can attend with a dedicated assistant.
The Refinery says it is taking wedding bookings until the end of 2027, after which the space becomes part of its sister restaurant.
