Facing the river on Queen Street, this CBD venue offers ceremonies on the River Terrace, which looks towards the Story Bridge, with the River Room as the wet-weather fallback. The Long Room handles the largest receptions, with 220 at a banquet or 300 for cocktails, while the River Room takes 120 seated or 200 standing and opens onto its own terrace. Smaller groups can use the Sylvia Jones Boardroom, the Reid Room with its private balcony, or the Charitable Trusts Room for tiny ceremonies. The entry ceremony package covers a registry table, 24 chairs, an aisle carpet and sound for one hour. Outside suppliers need approval 28 days ahead.
